1. Acceptance of terms

By using Where Should I Be Active? ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of service

The Service is a free tool from HeyTony. You give us your website and city, and we email you local chambers of commerce, directories, associations, subreddits and public Facebook groups your business could join. We find them with public Google search results and use AI to choose the relevant ones.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service for legitimate business purposes only
• Only request a list for your own email address
• Don't try to overload or abuse the Service, or access it with automated tools

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". The list is generated automatically and may include groups that have closed, changed their rules, or don't suit your business. Check each one before joining. We are not affiliated with any group or organization in the list.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

What we collect

• Your website, city, country, first name and email address
• Your IP address, for rate limiting and security
• Campaign tags (UTMs) from the link you arrived on

How we use it

• To build and email your list
• To prevent abuse
• To send you marketing emails from HeyTony, which you agreed to and can opt out of at any time

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers: Resend (email delivery), Railway (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing of your homepage and search results), Serper (Google search) and GoHighLevel (our CRM).

Retention

Search results are cached for 30 days. Lead information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing emails. Contact privacy@heytony.ca.
